1. All transportation arrangements (meeting spots, dates, times, etc.) will be given by telephone to the indicated contact person approximately 7 to 10 days prior to departure date.
  2. In order to provide and maintain a high quality of service for all, Bright Days Recreational Services must strictly adhere to all scheduled arrival and departure times. WE REQUIRE that you arrive at the arranged meeting spot 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and check out!
  3. Bright Days Recreational Services will not be responsible for any trip participants who miss their transportation. Due to scheduling restraints and tour logistics, Bright Days Recreational Services will not alter trip plans to meet, retrieve or wait for trip participants who miss their ride. 
  4. There are no refunds or exchanges for missed transportation. If you miss your trip departure you may continue to participate by providing your own transportation to the vacation destination. If you miss your trip arrival, participants must then be picked up at our main office (additional service fees may be applied).
  5.  In the event that a participant is expelled from a trip, Bright Days Recreational Services will notify the contact person, who must arrange to have that participant picked up and brought home.
