Cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to departure of any vacation trip in order for there to be any consideration for a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges are based on each individual’s circumstance and costs that are incurred by Bright Days Recreational Services.
There are no refunds or exchanges for:
A participant who either voluntarily chooses to depart a trip or is expelled due to behavioral problems.
For missed transportation.
For any trip that is delayed or shortened due to inclement weather.
Likewise, Bright Days will NOT charge extra for any trip that is lengthened due to inclement weather.
Exchanges are valid for one calendar year.
As of April 1, 2023, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee and a $50 service fee for trip exchanges.
